Drain Lining & Patch Repair
Drainage Repair Without The Need For Excavation
Drains Direct offer a variety of ‘no-dig’ relining techniques that provide solutions to a wide range of problems.

Drain Spot repairs are small sections of Liner that target specific defects such as large displaced joints, or a rubber seal that may have displaced within a collar, a leaking joint or fractured pipe.
A woven fabric patch is coated with epoxy resin before being wrapped around an inflatable packer. The packer is then inserted into the drain or sewer. Using a CCTV Camera it is carefully pushed up to the point of the defect. The packer is then inflated, this holding the patch mechanically to the host pipe until the curing process is complete.
The packer is then deflated and removed leaving a smooth patch repair over the defective section of drain.

The use of reline technology avoids the need for excavation work and the disruption and inconvenience that can be caused.
There are many applications of this method that can be used, depending on the individual drainage problem and circumstances.
